Refund policy for the Breathing Octave course

1. General provisions

1.1. This policy defines the terms of refunds for participation in the "Breathing Octave" course.

1.2. By paying for the course, the client agrees to the terms of this policy.

2. Refund terms

2.1. Refunds are only possible if the client did not use the service.

2.2. Using the service means that the client followed the link provided after payment to the course's Telegram channel.

2.3. If the client does not click on the link to the Telegram channel within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, he may request a refund.

3. Refund procedure

3.1. A request for a refund must be sent to vitavertebra14@gmail.com indicating: • Full name of the payer • Payment dates • Card number from which the payment was made (last 4 digits) • Reasons for the refund request

3.2. Funds are returned only to the same bank card from which the payment was made.

3.3. The refund period is up to 14 banking days from the moment the request is confirmed.

4. Refusal to refund funds

4.1. Refunds will not be made if:

• The client followed the link to the course's Telegram channel (even if he did not actively participate or did not go through the materials).

• More than 14 calendar days have passed since the course payment.

• The client requests a refund to another bank card.

5. Final provisions

5.1. The course organizer reserves the right to make changes to this policy.

5.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
