I did a whole wave to Bach. Today I wanted to suck my toes directly into the floor. I focused my attention on different parts of the body in turn. The psychostate when performing this exercise is stable today. I did it gently, smoothly, pleasantly. After finishing, a smile appeared by itself - what a blessing! I finished the two-minute squat exercise - very high. In the groin area, where the leg bends, I have a big problem with the joints there. I feel discomfort in my knees, a little in the distance. Who is doing well? I am doing well! Thank you for these wonderful techniques. You just need to do it, it's true and the result will definitely come.

 

A joyful moment follows the greeting movement: today a pill fell on the floor. I didn't think, I bent down, got up - and lo and behold! I sat down and noted that I had sat down. Greetings!
It's amazing how everything goes automatically after you do the exercises regularly. Bravo!
